Privacy Policy

VisualSong is operated by KunYoung Park. This policy applies to the VisualSong ChatGPT app.

Accounts and tracking

VisualSong requires no separate VisualSong account and uses no app-specific authentication, payment, credit, advertising, analytics, cookies, or tracking system.

Local audio

Audio files are selected, decoded, analyzed, and played locally inside the ChatGPT widget. Audio bytes and FFT history are not uploaded to the VisualSong Worker.

Render requests

ChatGPT processes your natural-language request. Your original prompt is not a VisualSong tool field. Alongside the MCP/JSON-RPC envelope and limited HTTP and network metadata required to serve the request, the only app-specific render arguments received by VisualSong are the model-generated vertexShader and primitiveMode values.

Storage and model calls

The Worker validates render arguments in memory and does not intentionally persist prompts, shader bodies, tool arguments, playback data, or generated results. VisualSong does not use a developer OpenAI API key or make backend model calls.

Service providers

OpenAI processes your ChatGPT conversation under its own terms and privacy policies. Cloudflare hosts VisualSong and may process limited network and HTTP metadata needed to deliver and protect the service.

Application logs

VisualSong application logs do not include request bodies, shader source, tool arguments, audio information, or domain-verification secrets.
